Frank Millett has been appointed by Dean William Schwab as the inaugural holder of the Bruker Analytical Science Professorship at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Shelia Osborne-Bohannan has been promoted to managed care negotiator with Division 1 of Health Management Associates, parent company of Sparks Health System in Fort Smith. She formerly was director of managed care with Sparks.
