Roxanne Benincosa has been promoted to senior manager at Beall Barclay & Co. of Fort Smith. She has been with the company for more than eight years. Brian Hall, Katie Lejong and Josh Masters have also been promoted to senior managers with Beall Barclay & Co. Hall has been with the company since 2005, and Lejong and Masters both joined the company in 1999.
Mel A. Anderson has been selected as the winner of the 2011 Arkansas Society of CPAs Outstanding CPA in Government Award. Anderson is the deputy commissioner for financial regulation for the Arkansas Insurance Department.

Greg Lewis has been appointed the first assistant director of corporate and foundation relations for sustainability at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Lewis will be responsible for securing private sector funding and maintaining and creating new partnerships for the Sustainability Consortium.

Danielle Crafton Richard has been named vice president of private banking in Little Rock. She previously served as a branch manager and private banking officer.

Skinner manages the Otter Creek branch in Little Rock and has more than 10 years in the banking and financial services industry. Zach McCoy has been named the assistant vice president of corporate finance at the Little Rock bank. McCoy has more than nine years in the industry.
Kristy Drewyor and Felicia Hickman were named 2010 employees of the year at the Huntsville Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Community Awards banquet. Drewyor and Hickman are employees of Butterball LLC in Huntsville.
