Home BancShares Inc. of Conway, parent company of Centennial Bank, announced on Tuesday that it had established a contract with Little Rock advertising, marketing and public relations firm Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods to serve as the bank's first agency of record.
Lori Case, senior vice president at Centennial, said that the contract is for 2011 and includes a clause for renewal.
Case said Centennial's expansion over the past year was a major motivator in the bank's decision to seek an agency of record.
"We are a completely different bank than we were a year ago," Case said. "We have acquired over 30 branches in Florida, so we're a much larger bank and we decided we need the assistance of a large agency to help us through."
In addition to providing support to Centennial for its Florida acquisitions, CJRW will also provide support to Centennial's exisiting locations in Arkansas.
A release issued by Centennial said CJRW's services will include advertising, research, public relations, bank marketing, digital support and social media.
