Boyd Corley Construction LLC, general contractor on the $11.6 million construction project, filed the lien in May 2009.
The claim for unpaid work and materials on the parking garage and condos led to a foreclosure action filed last month in Pulaski County Circuit Court against Riviera Partners LLC, led by Tom Rystrom.
The disputed amount had been whittled down from a $1.1 million claim in March 2009.
The parties "reached a full and final settlement" shortly after the foreclosure filing on Aug. 19, according to court documents.
Completed in March 2009, the Riviera project has attracted three sales totaling almost $1.3 million.
