Dathan Gaskill has joined Clark Bova Group in Little Rock, a global management consulting firm, as senior associate for corporate finance practice. Gaskill most recently served as treasurer and executive vice president of a private company, and formerly was treasurer and head of corporate finance at Acxiom Corp.
Teresa Snook has joined the sales team at Innerplan Office Interiors in North Little Rock in the department of business development. Snook has more than 25 years of experience in the contract office furniture industry in central Arkansas.
Fred Bourland, director of the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture's Northeast Research & Extension Center at Keiser (Mississippi County), has been named International Cotton Researcher of the Year by the International Cotton Advisory Committee. Bourland was recognized for his innovative breeding achievements that have led to the release of cotton germplasm and for his role in the development of the CotMan, a cotton management system for the development of cotton breeding. He will receive an award and a $1,000 honorarium at an upcoming ICAC meeting.
Stephen Burks and Ken Turley have been named to head two new departments at Harding University at Searcy. Burks will serve as chairman of the kinesiology department, while Turley will assume the leadership of the department of exercise and sports sciences. The creation of the two departments comes after the retirement of Wilt Martin, who was chairman of the kinesiology department for 20 years.
Larry Randall has become the new equipment finance specialist for both the Arkansas and Missouri markets for Arvest Bank in Fort Smith. Along with his new position, Randall will act as the senior credit officer and serve as senior vice president.
Kevin A. Crass, a partner at Friday Eldredge & Clark in Little Rock, has been selected by the Arkansas Bar Association and Arkansas Bar Foundation as the 2010 Outstanding Lawyer Citizen. The award is given to recognize excellent performance of civic responsibilities and for demonstrating high standards of professional competence and conduct. Crass is leader of the firm's class action and business litigation practice group. He has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America in the areas of commercial, personal injury and bet- the-company litigation.

Dawn Marie has been hired by Rockfish Interactive as the chief strategy officer. Rockfish is a marketing agency specializing in Web and mobile marketing with branches in Rogers and Dallas. Marie will work out of the offices in Dallas.
George Robert Hutchison, Jack Lankford and Catherine B. Morton have recently been elected to the board of directors at Access School in Little Rock. Hutchison, of Roland, is an emergency medicine physician at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Lankford lives in Little Rock and is a district sales manager for the Coca-Cola Co. Morton is a former vice president of consumer affairs for Bruno's Inc. Access is a nonprofit school designed to help children with various learning disabilities.
Stephanie Grooms has joined Crye-Leike Realtors as a real estate agent. Grooms will operate out of the company's Maumelle branch. Jacci Perry, who formerly sold real estate for Coldwell Banker Commercial Faucette Real Estate in Fayetteville, has transferred her license to Crye-Leike in Fayetteville.
Anne-Claire Allen has been promoted to business travel sales manager for The Peabody Little Rock. Allen formerly served a sales assistant at the hotel.
