By next May, it will be a two-story, 28,700-SF medical office building.
The $4 million project is spearheaded by the University Avenue Development Co., a group of investors including Orion Capital Partners and some of the building's future occupants.
Little Rock Family Practice Clinic will relocate its central office into the first story of the new building. Arkansas Family Care Network, a physical therapy and chiropractic clinic, also will be moving in along with Arkansas Physicians Management Inc., the management entity for Little Rock Family and AFCN. The remaining office space will be leased out by University Avenue Development.
Wittenberg Delony & Davidson Inc. is the architecture firm, and the general contractor is Baldwin & Shell Construction Co.
