Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the company said Bill Setser and his staff will combine operations with Brown & Brown's office in Rogers.

Brown & Brown of Arkansas is a subsidiary of Brown & Brown Inc. of Tampa, Fla., a publicly traded firm that offers insurance and reinsurance products and services, as well as risk management, third-party administration and managed health care programs.
