Arkansas Business, KTHV Launch

Arkansas Business Publishing Group and KTHV-TV, Channel 11, this week launched, a special news and information site focusing on this month's grand opening of the Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock.

The site is the product of the continuing news partnership between the publishing group and the Gannett Co.-owned CBS affiliate.

The site contains the latest library-related news, special Clinton coverage from ABPG publications such as Arkansas Business newspaper, Little Rock Soirée and Little Rock Family, and helpful guides for Little Rock visitors and residents. In the coming weeks, the site will contain special Clinton-related stories from KTHV available in streaming video format. also contains archival content from Arkansas Business newspaper's story and photo archives. Users can read vintage Arkansas Business reports about Bill Clinton from the newspaper's 20-year archive, including coverage of the 1992 presidential campaign, the effects of Clinton's presidency on Arkansas, and the creation of the Clinton Presidential Library. The photo archive contains pictures from those eras.

The site will also be the place to go for coverage of events during the library's grand opening week Nov. 15-19. Arkansas Business, KTHV and Soirée reporters will contribute news items and video about the grand opening throughout the week. And a weblog called "One Week in Little Rock" will keep readers entertained with reader-submitted photos and Clinton-related news items from throughout the world.
