Aviation Repair Technologies in Blytheville said it would add between 15 and 25 employees by the first quarter of 2013.
The employees will be in ART's warehousing, logistics and shipping and receiving departments, according to an email from Meghan Bearden, a spokeswoman for ART, an aircraft and component repair company.
Technicians also will be added, she said. The pay will range from $12 an hour to $26 an hour for the technicians and $12 an hour to $15 an hour for the workers in the other departments, Bearden said.
The company also announced that it is consolidating its sales, marketing, warehousing and logistics divisions that are currently in Miami to Blytheville. The move is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
The 12 employees in the Miami office now will relocate to Blytheville, or those positions will be filled by local people, according to an ART news release.
"Moving these key operational components to Blytheville will support ART's continued growth," said Ben Quevedo, chief executive officer of ART, in a news release.
The company has 72 workers in Blytheville. It has been operating in Blytheville since 2008.
