Did someone say seven-digit real estate transactions? Here is a trifecta.
CJ Pace Construction LLC, led by James Pace, bought 15.6 acres near the northeast corner of Cantrell Road and Patrick Country Road for $1.7 million.
The west Little Rock property, part of the proposed Ranch West Office development, is now earmarked for patio homes. The seller: FC Grass Farms LLC, led by Ed Willis.
