Arkansas Business has launched a workforce evaluation program to help companies gauge their employees’ engagement and satisfaction.
Friday is the final day for businesses to sign up for Arkansas Business' "Best Places To Work In Arkansas," which will provide employers with valuable worker feedback that can help with employee recruiting and retention.
Companies can sign up for the program at ArkansasBusiness.com/BestPlacesToWork. After registration, the program will survey the company's employees on a range of employee engagement and satisfaction issues.
There is a nominal participation fee based on the size of the company to cover the costs associated with the evaluation process.
Companies that participate in the program will receive a confidential, in-depth evaluation of their workforce that identifies strengths and weaknesses based on employee surveys, benchmarked against other Arkansas companies.
Companies will also have a chance to be recognized in Arkansas Business as one of Arkansas’ Best Places to Work.
Arkansas Business has partnered with Best Companies Group of Harrisburg, Pa., to provide the evaluation. Companies that wish to participate must register by Friday.
