Chuy’s, the Austin, Texas, restaurant chain that will open its first Arkansas location on Chenal Parkway in west Little Rock on May 7, has named Mangan Holcomb Partners of Little Rock as its agency of record for central Arkansas.
MHP was hired after a “competitive selection process,” according to an announcement by the two companies. “We chose MHP specifically because of their extensive experience in media outreach and their fresh ideas for our grand opening,” Hilary Delling, marketing manager for Chuy’s, said in the press release. “The MHP team’s enthusiasm and professionalism mirrors the Chuy’s culture, making MHP the clear choice for us.”

Magic Springs Water & Theme Park in Hot Springs has selected three separate companies to handle advertising, public relations and Web development, according to General Manager Steve Honeycutt.
Dion Marketing Co. of Jacksonville Beach, Fla., will handle advertising and media placement. Neal Moore Creative of Little Rock got the PR and publicity contract. And Webmonster.com of Hot Springs, led by Ryan Orrell, redesigned MagicSprings.com and launched it on Feb. 26.
