Two executives at Simmons First National Bank of Pine Bluff were promoted at the $2 billion-asset lender.
Steven C. Wade was named Arkansas regional chairman, and C. Adam Mitchell was named Little Rock community president.
Wade, a Little Rock native, joined Simmons First in 2001 and previously held the position of community chairman of the central and north Arkansas regions as well as Little Rock community president.
He is 30-plus year veteran in banking and holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Rhodes College in Memphis a master's in business administration and a law degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
Mitchell, a 15-plus year banking veteran, previously held the position of senior vice president and community executive of the Little Rock region of Simmons First National Bank. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Hendrix College in Conway.
