No, it’s not a concept restaurant based on the cult favorite TV show created by the seriously weird David Lynch. Instead, Twin Peaks, a chain that has more than 35 locations, emphasizes comfort food, cold beer, “state-of-the-art TVs in a rugged mountain lodge setting” and “our most prized assets: the friendly, attentive, and beautiful Twin Peaks Girls.”
The girls and the rest of it have come to Little Rock, opening July 15 at 10 Shackleford Drive. John Perdue, general manager, says business has been “phenomenal.”
The Little Rock store, which employs about 120, is the first restaurant building that the chain — found mostly in the South, Southwest and Midwest — has built from the ground up, Perdue said.
In the interest of serving our readers, a couple of Arkansas Business employees have checked it out and declared the food good, portions generous and the vibe fun.
