KABZ-FM, 103.7, "The Buzz" said Tuesday that Arkansas Democrat-Gazette sports editor Wally Hall will make regular appearances on two of its radio programs, the midday program "The Zone" and the afternoon show "Overtime."
Hall will appear Wednesdays on "The Zone" and Tuesdays and Thursdays on "Overtime," the sports-talk radio station said in a news release.
Hall will make his first "Overtime" appearance on Tuesday. The show, hosted by Matt Jones and Trey Schaap, airs from 1-4 p.m. weekdays.

A 33-year veteran of the Democrat-Gazette, Hall is no stranger to radio or The Buzz.
In 2004, Hall signed on as a contributor to "The Show With No Name," the morning drive program hosted by Tommy Smith and David Bazzel. He left the show in 2007 to join "Sports Rap" on rival KARN. That show, hosted by Shawn Arnell, also featured Jim Harris, then the editor of Arkansas Business Publishing Group's now-defunct sports news website ArkansasSports360.com.
Hall left "Sports Rap" in 2012. "There were a number of issues that I’m not at liberty to discuss," Hall told Arkansas Business at the time. "It was a great run and I had fun." Hall also said that his wife had been ill, one of multiple reasons he stopped co-hosting the show.
"This is a homecoming for me," Hall said on Tuesday. "It’s an honor to come back. Working at The Buzz is like working with family, and I’m thrilled to be a part of such successful programming."
