Arkansas Business last week honored a dozen companies for outstanding employee engagement and their retention and benefits policies at the first Best Places to Work awards, held at the DoubleTree Hotel in Little Rock.
The awards were determined by the results of the standardized Best Places to Work survey of companies and their employees. Participants received data about employee satisfaction and engagement, as well as benchmark data to see how they stack up to their peers.
The 12 award recipients: Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield, CaseStack, Cross Gunter Witherspoon & Galchus, Delta Dental of Arkansas, Harrison Energy Partners, Mercy Health Northwest Arkansas Communities, Rockfish, Saatchi & Saatchi X, Southwest Power Pool, St. Bernards Medical Center, The Soderquist Center for Leadership & Ethics and Union Bank of Mena.
The Cross Gunter law firm also received the Benchmark Award, which honors the state’s overall top workplace.
