Diane M. Hampton, who most recently served as executive vice president of Memphis in May, has been named vice president for institutional advancement at Mid-South Community College in West Memphis. Hampton will oversee the community college’s foundation and marketing and public relations department.
Jennifer Boyett has joined Henderson State University in Arkadelphia as vice president of university advancement. Boyett was most recently executive director of development for the University of Central Arkansas at Conway.
Craig Vick has joined Colliers International in Little Rock as chief financial officer. Vick was previously controller for USA Drug, which was sold to Walgreen Co. last year, and prior to that worked in the audit practice of Deloitte.
Kate Dimitrova has been hired as director of marketing for WER Architects/Planners of Little Rock. She has 10 years of experience in marketing and advertising, most recently as the account director for Exit Marketing.
Natalie Bartholomew has joined First National Bank of Fort Smith’s Rogers office as vice president of private banking and marketing officer. A native of northwest Arkansas, she has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and 12 years of banking experience.
Debbi Thornton has been promoted to vice president and loan officer for the Malvern region of Summit Bank of Arkadelphia. She has about 25 years of banking experience.
Marcy Doderer, president and CEO of Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock since July, has been named to Becker’s Hospital Review’s list of “130 Women Hospital & Health System Leaders to Know.”
Dr. Danelle Richards has been appointed medical director for the emergency department of Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville. Board-certified in emergency medicine physician, Richards graduated from the University of Missouri in Kansas City and earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine in Kansas City.
Dr. James Patterson has joined Sparks Health System of Fort Smith as a physician at its Alma Family Medical Clinic. Patterson, who previously practiced in Montana, was trained as a doctor of osteopathic medicine at the University of Health Science in Kansas City, Mo., and completed a family practice residency at Via Christi Riverside Family Practice in Wichita, Kan.
Misty Murphy has been hired to fill the Northwest Arkansas Council’s newly created position of regional trails coordinator. Her job is to expand awareness and use of the new Razorback Greenway, which stretches from Bella Vista to Fayetteville, and the region’s growing trail system.
Michael Rhodes has been hired as a career specialist at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas. Prior to joining Goodwill, Rhodes was an automotive sales consultant at Landers Chevrolet in Benton. He also has more than nine years of managerial experience at national chains, including Pizza Hut and Walgreen’s.
Nancy Weaver has been named chief executive officer of Arkansas Sheriffs’ Youth Ranches of Batesville. With more than 20 years of mental health experience, Weaver most recently served as regional clinical director for Pointe Outpatient Behavioral Healthcare in Hot Springs.
