Pediatrics Plus Expanding to Russellville, Adding 50 Jobs

Pediatrics Plus will expand to Russellville later this spring, adding 50 new jobs and injecting an estimated $2 million into the community, the firm announced Friday.

The Little Rock firm offers physical, occupational and speech therapy for people up to 21 years old and integrated preschool services through age 6. The firm is undergoing a $4 million acquisition and renovation of the former Hog Wild Fun Center, a 23,000-SF facility at 301 N. Sidney Ave. in Russellville.

The Russellville facility will include a developmental preschool for chilldren with special needs and accomodate up to 300 children. 

"We are very excited about the expansion of our services in Russellville," Amy Denton, Pediatrics Plus owner, said in a news release. "We have been providing therapy services to the River Valley community for almost eight years. We are excited to now be able offer our full array of services to this growing community."

The facility is expected to open in late spring, and the firm will host a job fair on Feb. 22 at 10 a.m. at New Life Church, 130 East Harrell Drive, in Russellville.
