Maumelle Leads Recent Million-Dollar Deals in Pulaski County

A foursome of Pulaski County properties generated seven-digit transactions.

The biggest of the bunch was a 6.7-acre piece of the former Windsor Door campus in Maumelle that sold for $3.8 million.

The 60,600-SF Propak Logistics facility at 701 Carnahan Drive was purchased by Terraforma LLC, led by David Bruning and Doug Meyer.

Seller: 100 Murphy Drive LLC, led by Mark Bentley.

Bruning and Meyer (through their Doda Construction) also acquired the 14,248-SF Heritage College project at 1309 Old Forge Road in west Little Rock.

The 2.4-acre development was sold for $2.7 million by Family Center Properties LLC, led by Paschal Gagliardo.

Completing the group is a pair of $1.1 million deals in southwest Little Rock involving California investors on both sides of the transactions.

Baseline LR LLC of Encino bought the Rally’s at 5921 Baseline Road from the Gilbert W. Younger Trust of South El Monte.

Ben and Bita Azizi of Beverly Hills purchased the KFC project at 8220 Geyer Springs Road from Donna Webben of Long Beach.
