That's according to Drew Weber, the company's chief operating officer, who would not be specific on a date.
The location at 5524 Kavanaugh Blvd. closed in October for an extensive remodel, which Weber said included the teardown of all but one wall of the restaurant. When the Heights location closed in October, Weber told Arkansas Business the $200,000 to $300,000 overhaul would include expanding the kitchen and adding landscape outside. Only about 400-SF will be added to the restaurant.
The Heights location, which opened in 1987, is one of 13 U.S. Pizza Co. establishments in Arkansas.
