Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods of Little Rock has named two agency veterans to its creative division.
CJRW President Darin Gray announced Bill Fitzgerald will return to the advertising and marketing firm, which he first joined in 1997, as vice president and associate creative director. Nancy Ferrara, who has been with the firm for 14 years, has been promoted to associate creative director.
The two will work at the firm's Little Rock office and join Donna Williams, vice president and creative director in CJRW's northwest Arkansas office, on the agency's creative division leadership team.
"We could not be more pleased to have Bill Fitzgerald and Nancy Ferrara serving as associate creative directors in our Little Rock office," Gray said in a news release. "We are stronger now than we have ever been. Their collective experience in the industry and at CJRW further strengthens our agency team."
Fitzgerald returns to the firm after leaving to join Heifer International as its creative director in 2007. Previously at CJRW, he worked with clients in the corporate, tourism and public sectors, among others.
"I'm excited to get back to CJRW, the agency that brought me to this market 17 years ago," Fitzgerald said in the news release. "They've got a deep bench with a very solid balance of seasoned pros and new talent. All do incredible work for excellent clients.
"I am fortunate to be able to work with the most recognized creative team in the state, and look forward to rekindling old work relationships while building productive new ones."
Ferrara comes to her new position after previously serving as senior art director. While at CJRW, she's worked with Oaklawn, the Little Rock Central High Museum, the Arkansas Rivers Blues Society and Heifer International.
The firm has endured key departures in recent months, including that of three agency executives, brothers Jay, Chris and Ross Cranford. Denver Peacock, CJRW's senior vice president of public affairs, and Scott Caldwell, the company's senior vice president for marketing services in northwest Arkansas, also recently left the agency.
