SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for administration of network workstations and infrastructure (wiring, hubs, etc.). Maintenance of computer network hardware. Statewide travel for on-site problem resolution. Provides level 2 technical support and training for the network environment. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree and/or Certification(s) in Information Systems (or related field of study) preferred. A minimum of two (2) years experience in a technical position relating to personal computers and general knowledge of personal computer software. Good aptitude in personal computer skills. Ability to trouble shoot and problem solve. Ability to train and instruct end users. Proficient communication skills. Valid AR Driver''s License with acceptable driving record. Flexibility to travel, including some overnight.
