Helpdesk Support Engineer & Junior Programmer (C#.NET) Description Tenant PI is looking for candidates with a strong academic background, relevant experience and a passion for the field of technology. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate their experience designing, implementing, and maintaining web-based systems on Microsoft Windows environments using C#.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server and JavaScript. Responsibilities ?Assist customers on using the company developed web-based applications ?Manage client communication for inquiries, incidents, change requests within a case management system ?Assist with the creation of help files and videos ?Implement simple code, data edits, and cosmetic designs, within established application functions and procedures ?Investigate and analyze, debug, and rectify simple and minor issues. ?Perform application testing Requirements ?IT/Software development experiences 2 + years oDemonstrate experience and exposure to technologies surrounding C#.NET development, MS-SQL ,and other various Internet technologies ?Self motivated and quick learner ?Comfortable working in a high velocity and ever changing corporate IT environment ?Excellent verbal communication, listening, and analytical skills ?Responsive and care about customers ?College degree preferred ?Major in IT related field
