Precision Chiropractic & Wellness, a progressive chiropractic clinic, has part time position available for Practice Representative - with potential to become full-time. This position requires great communication and customer service skills. Applicant must love helping people and natural health care. There is room to quickly advance in the position, upon performance evaluations. Starting salary based upon experience. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY; you will be fully trained on a proven system. Desired qualities of applicant: outgoing, ambitious, motivated, organized and comfortable speaking to groups of 10+ people Job Role: The Practice Representative will manage and execute all marketing and PR events. This could include but is not limited to: * Prepare and oversee clinic mailing lists * Responsible for spinal screenings and health care classes * Interaction and networking with other businesses to promote PR activities * Organize and oversee philanthropic activities and fundraising events * Organize and oversee marketing events * Implement and conduct focus groups * Business to Business Marketing to promote and encourage referral relationships * Attend staff meetings * Attend strategic planning sessions * Organize health fair(s) * Attend Continuing Education seminars * All other duties as assigned * Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws Special skills required/desired: * Possess the knowledge and skills required to work successfully in a fast paced office * Be able to digest new information quickly and apply it productively * Be consistent and dependable in work habits * Possess and utilize good communication skills Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Our chiropractic clinic utilizes a wide assortment of computer equipment and software for varied activities. Experience with community building/outreach and knowledge of appointment based and/or healthcare related software is a plus. The Practice Representative will be required to keep written records of all of their activities and report on them at the weekly staff meeting.
