Client Services Representative Job Purpose: Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Customer Service Representative Job Duties: Liaison between client and insurance carrier to resolve claims questions. Develops relationship with clients and insurance carrier representatives. Answers product and service questions. Maintains client records by updating account information. Resolves product or service problems by assisting client. Maintains financial accounts by processing client adjustments. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or 5-10 Years Experience, Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information , Multi-tasking
