Professional with strong analytical, financial and communication skills needed for national non-profit that accredits firms providing payroll, insurance and HR-related services to small businesses. The primary function of this position is to verify service firms' compliance with accreditation standards, with particular emphasis on financial compliance and trends. Applicants must be capable of effective verbal and written communication with C-level executives. Additional responsibilities include accounting functions for 3 non-profits, including budgeting and monthly reporting. Applicants must be detail-oriented with strong initiative and customer service skills. A degree in accounting or finance, advanced Excel skills, and sound business judgment are essential requirements for this position.
