As part of the management team you willl be a strategic partner and senior consultant regarding complex Human Resources programs, projects and workplace issues. Leading an HR Department of seasoned professionals, you will be responsible for the daily oversight of Human Resources operations, policies, and practices in order to achieve corporate objectives. This includes planning and directing general Human Resources administration activities, policy administration, employee relations, recruiting, and benefit administration. The Director carries out the tactical elements of the business plan and therefore works closely with all departments and levels of employees. A high level of compensation is offered with a six figure salary, bonus, an attractive benefit package and an opportunity to have an impact on the continued growth of the organization. You must have Human Resources experience in a leadership role at the supervisory or management level. Proven knowledge and experience in Employee Relations, Employee Benefits, Recruiting, Regulatory Compliance, and Organizational Development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to develop and foster relationships at all levels within the organization are vital to the success of this role.
