Web Designer and Analytics (Little Rock, AR) We are a Little Rock based medical supply company with an online vision and we need cohesion in our looks and analysis of those designs for maximum revenue. Your Responsibilities: Simplicity: Good design is invisible. Collaboration: You'll be working alongside developers and copywriters to create elegant user experiences; you should thrive on feedback, critique and iteration. Visual Design: Photoshop, Fireworks, Keynote, MS Paint - whatever works for you. Your process is your own; you get to decide which tools you use. HTML/CSS: You'll be given full ownership of your ideas, and so you'll be required to both create beautiful mockups/wireframes/prototypes - and implement them. Define, test and evaluate growth initiatives Lead a cross-functional growth hacker team responsible for helping drive user growth through experimentation and prototyping Tinker with platform APIs and help create industry-leading growth tactics Analyze and report growth success to the management team Requirements: BS in graphic design, computer science, whatever. A love of finding and utilizing unrealized, "out-of-the-box" techniques Comfortable with Google Analytics, statistics and experimentation techniques Ability to seamlessly transition from high-level creative brainstorming to conducting and analyzing experiments and sweating the details Understanding of large social and commerce web platforms, SEO/SEM, social and viral mechanics Exceptional organizational and analytical skills An equally creative and analytical approach to problem solving Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excited about challenging yourself every single day Is this you?
