FAYETTEVILLE - Chuck Dicus and the Razorback Foundation Inc., the fund-raising arm of University of Arkansas athletics, have parted ways, sources confirmed Friday.
Members of the Razorback Foundation board are scheduled to meet Saturday at 8 a.m.
Dicus could not be reached for comment. Calls to Harold Horton, vice president of the Foundation and a former UA player and coach, also were not returned.
Kevin Trainor, Arkansas sports information director, deferred questions to the board of the Foundation, which is a private arm of the athletic department.
Board president Ken Mourton, a Fayetteville attorney, did not return phone calls seeking comment.
Dicus has been with the organization for 20 years. He was a Razorback All-American receiver in 1969-70 and a three-year starter on teams that compiled a record of 28-5 under coach Frank Broyles.
The Razorback Foundation board is scheduled to meet Saturday morning before the Arkansas-Tulsa game, which kicks off at 1 p.m. at Reynolds Razorback Stadium in Fayetteville.
Before joining the Foundation as executive director, Dicus worked at Stephens Inc. in Little Rock.
