Ar should beat Troy, and they should beat Ms. State. That would put us at 7-5 if we lose in Baton Rouge. I'm not ready to concede that game at all. It all depends on the effort that will be put forth by the defense. I was proud of how the defense played against SC but they are still susceptible to the play action long ball. The offense looked really good with a variety of weapons. Crawford made some fine catches. If the defense shows up to play the Hogs will win out.  

Lets not get carried away with this win. It was big in the grand scheme of things but Carolina flat out gave us this victory. Any time you give up 327 yards passing and an 80 yard TD then you haven't done a very good job on defense. We also didn't run the ball as much as ...

I felt like this was a game where we needed to smashmouth the football on the first and last drives of the game. Our first drive we ran it for 16, then ran it for 2. 2 just isn't enough for petrino so we then threw the ball twice and punted. More determination to establish the run would help us on our early drives. Good win for the young piglets though and I'm still hopeful we win out. GO HOGS!
