Press conference announced for 6:30 p.m. "regarding the future of the Razorback football program," according to the University of Arkansas sports information office. The release says that Houston Nutt will share the table with current athletic director Frank Broyles and UA chancellor John White in the Raymond Miller Room of the Broyles Athletic Complex.
It doesn't seem like Nutt would be sitting up there with the two heads of the UA if he were headed to Ole Miss, Georgia Tech or Baylor. But then, they may just be officially announcing that Arkansas will play an annual series with Texas A&M (under new coach Mike Sherman) in Dallas beginning in 2009.
Look for any "darksiders" up on the tops of roofs and call the appropriate authorities. "Huggers" continue on. The rest of us, we can relish in the Hogs' great upset on Friday. It sure was fun being there.
