I can't log in, what do I do?
First step, make sure you have cookies enabled (see below to learn how). Please click on the link within that e-mail to confirm your registration. You will receive your first e-newsletter the next time one is issued. I signed up for the newsletter but I have not been receiving the newsletter. Why?
There could be several reasons why you are not receiving the newsletter. We send out a confirmation link after you sign up. This is an anti-spam measure (called double opt-in). If you didn't click on the link, your account is not activated. To request activation, contact us here and let us know. If you did click on the activation link but you are not getting the newsletter, it may be because your Internet service provider or IT department is blocking the newsletter, thinking it is spam. Contact your ISP or IT Department and ask that ArkansasBusiness.com and lyris.arkansasbusiness.com to be put on the "white list."

How do I change my address for the print edition?
To update your mailing address for your print subscription to Arkansas Business (which contains the monthly insert of ArkansasSports360 magazine), please click here.

How do access the Arkansas Daily Sports Report and related weekly e-newsletters on my Blackberry or PDA?
You must switch the version of the Arkansas Daily Sports Report you are receiving from HTML to text. To do so, go to the "Manage Your Account" page. Once there, view the list of any e-newsletters you receive. Below that, it notes subscription type, HTML or text. You can change that type there.
