Entries Sought for 2013 Small Works on Paper Exhibit

The Arkansas Arts Council is accepting submissions by Arkansas artists for the 2013 Small Works on Paper exhibition. Works selected by a juror will be included in a year-long exhibition that travels to 10 Arkansas communities. Deadline for entries is July 20.
