Downtown Argenta Celebrates the Season with Tulip Festival Through March 31

The Argenta Arts Foundation has partnered with P. Allen Smith, the City of North Little Rock and the Argenta Downtown Council to celebrate the fast-approaching arrival of spring through March 31 with 28,000 pink and purple tulips in downtown North Little Rock's Argenta Arts District.

New Contestants Join Eggnog Competition at Historic Arkansas Museum Friday

2nd Friday Art Night, going on from 5-8 p.m. Friday (Dec. 9) at Historic Arkansas Museum, will feature an opening reception for the exhibition Found–Fired–Formed: Sarah May Leflar, Donna Uptigrove and Amber Uptigrove along with the annual Nog-off competition to determine the best eggnog in town. Admission is free.

Welcome Spring at Argenta's Plant It Pink Festival

The Argenta Arts Foundation is celebrating spring and honoring families affected by breast cancer by planting 25,000 pink tulips -- many in bloom -- in downtown North Little Rock’s Argenta Arts District. Several events are planned in conjunction with the planting.
