The Arkansas Arts Center's Fine Arts Club held its biennial bash with Portrait of a Patron (POP!) Awards going to the Windgate Charitable Foundation for philanthropy, Jeane Hamilton for service and the posthumous award to Winthrop Rockefeller. Guests enjoyed the perfect glass of bubbly with an assortment of chocolates, fruit, nuts and cheeses.
