Gov. Mike Beebe names Reynie Rutledge of Searcy to the University of Arkansas Board of Trustees and Bob Burns of Little Rock to the Arkansas State Police Commission. Rutledge replaces John Tyson, chairman of Tyson Foods Inc., who resigned last month.
