New Arkansas State football coach Bryan Harsin is planning a pair of appearances in Little Rock on Tuesday. The Red Wolves coach is scheduled to speak at the Downtown Rotary Club 99 at noon Tuesday at the Doubletree Hotel in downtown Little Rock.
