Arkansas more than doubled its season total in sacks and takeaways in one Saturday afternoon at Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, Ala., and ended four weeks of frustration. The Razorbacks, in rolling to a 24-7 win over Auburn, the first for the Hogs in Southeastern Conference play this season, sacked Tigers quarterbacks eight times for 80 yards in losses, continually derailing promising Auburn drives.

Razorbacks' John L. Smith Not Listening To 'Crap' From Critics As Arkansas Struggles

Criticism of Arkansas Coach John L. Smith has increased over the past week. Smith, signed to a 10-month contract in April, has been the source of fan backlash on message boards, talk radio shows and through social media. Some are unhappy with how the Razorbacks have performed in the first three games of the season. Smith dismissed the criticism and said he is focused on the remaining nine games this season.

Razorback Quarterback Tyler Wilson Returns To Practice, Not Yet Cleared For No. 1 Alabama

Arkansas quarterback Tyler Wilson returned to practice Wednesday, but has not been cleared to play against No. 1 Alabama. Wilson, dressed in shoulder pads and shorts, threw passes during the workout. It was an improvement from Tuesday when he watched in shorts and a t-shirt, but there is no update on his status for the Crimson Tide.

Razorback Defensive End Chris Smith Earns SEC Weekly Honor

Chris Smith was named SEC co-Defensive Lineman of the Week, it was announced Monday. Smith tied his single-game career high with six tackles to lead all Razorback defensive linemen in Arkansas’ 49-24 victory over Jacksonville State. The Mount Ulla, N.C., native also added 1.0 tackle for loss with 1.0 sack and one quarterback hurry against JSU to earn the first SEC weekly honor of his career.

Arkansas players will be able to look back fondly on their time with the Razorbacks. While we don't know for sure what this season holds, there are a number of players who helped the program go 21-5 the last two seasons with a pair of Top 10 finishes. Those on-field accomplishments are no doubt part of their legacy. But the players also view construction on a $35 million football ops center as a testament to their recent accomplishments.

Austin Flynn hasn’t been on the Arkansas campus long, but has already made an impression. Flynn, who enrolled at midterm, has put up impressive numbers in the weight room. He’s already established himself as one of the most popular Razorbacks among teammates. The defensive end’s shoulder-length hair and four-month old beard haven’t gone unnoticed, either. It is a look that stands out among Arkansas players for as long as Flynn is allowed to keep it.
