Joseph Steinmetz knows what he wants to do but hasn’t figured out how he will do it. Steinmetz, 61, was named chancellor of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in October and moved into his new office in January. What Steinmetz wants to learn is where the money is and what it’s spent on.
