If you're interested in learning from one of the top chefs in Little Rock, you'll want to be at Dandelion on July 14. Matthew Cooper, who is co-owner of Dandelion, and executive chef and general manager at Cache, will be leading a culinary class to teach participants how to better use spices and herbs at home.
Since December, a small store in downtown Little Rock has been selling health in bulk. Matthew Cooper, who owns Dandelion with his wife, Priscilla Fincher, described the store as the biggest bulk dealer of white and black organic tea in the state, even as it shares a 500-SF space with another business, the Freckled Frog. “It can get crowded in here,” he noted.
Something pretty magnificent is coming to Little Rock's River Market-- a place that has every culinary spice you can imagine, teas of all sorts and a huge variety of herbs, coffees, oils and more. It's called Dandelion Herbs, Spices and Teas and it's looking to open its doors this week.
