Girl Scouts – Diamonds of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas hosted a girl rally and camping event, Round Up on the River, at the Clinton Presidential Center in October. In December, families gathered to visit with Santa and watch as twinkling lights illuminated the Capital Hotel’s Christmas tree.
