Development of a 20,000-SF Cavender’s Boot City store is in motion in Little Rock’s Gateway Town Center after a $1.38 million land deal. And the Town Pump and its adjoining liquor store in Little Rock’s Riverdale area changed hands in a $500,000 sale.
Two retail projects in southwest Little Rock tipped the scales at $6.1 million. Geyer Springs Shopping Center LLC of Brooklyn, New York, bought its namesake 152,852-SF property at 8717 Geyer Springs Road and the 21,760-SF Geyer South project at 8521 Geyer Springs Road.
Two competitors recently stepped into the Pulaski County banking market to replace Metropolitan National Bank and National Bank of Arkansas. Even with the redevelopment of four NBA branches, Pulaski County has no shortage of banking locations, with 199 full-service branches operated by more than two dozen lenders.
