Jim Harris: Arkansas-Kentucky Usually Guarantees An Odd Outcome

by Jim Harris 10/10/2012 2:33 pm

Of Arkansas’ Southeastern Conference rivals, Kentucky would seem the least likely, next to Vanderbilt, to have an edge over the Razorbacks in the all-time series. The Hogs and Wildcats have met just six times, though, and Kentucky holds a 4-2 edge. The trend for this series is, nothing seems to go as expected, and that’s probably what we should count on Saturday in Fayetteville, even if Kentucky is down to its fourth quarterback and has three injured regulars in the secondary.

by Jim Harris 9/10/2012 3:00 pm

Jim Harris: Decade Later, 'Players Needed' Sign Still Hangs For Hogs

by Jim Harris 3/9/2012 9:00 am

Ten years later, Mike Anderson is in the same place he was as when he and Nolan Richardson left Fayetteville: Arkansas needs more talent to compete in the SEC. Bahn: Wilson's Auburn Performance Proof That Petrino Has Replaced Panic With Preparation

by Chris Bahn 10/20/2010 9:00 pm

Bobby Petrino doesn't just talk about preparing players for their turn. He actually does it, something that became clear from Tyler Wilson's performance against Auburn. He finished the game with 332 yards and four touchdowns. His two late interceptions arguably kept the Razorbacks from winning, but his superb play early on kept them in the game as the defense and special teams imploded. Wilson looked like the future of the quarterback position at Arkansas.
