Today's Power Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Inc. of Little Rock, said Wednesday that it has reached an agreement to provide a one-megawatt AC solar array for Tri-County Electric Cooperative of Hooker, Oklahoma.
