Darin Gray, majority owner of Gray Matters LLC of Springdale, previously owned 75 percent of the journal, according to the announcement posted on the journal’s website. He purchased the remainder of the stake from Olivia Farrell, CEO of Arkansas Business Publishing Group, parent company of Arkansas Business.

A Rogers "cancer research facility" affiliated with Jim Bolt, a convicted felon who was acquitted of federal charges related to investments in a previous company that claimed to treat cancer, was raided by the FBI on Thursday morning.
