Scott Howe, CEO of Acxiom Corp. of Little Rock, was paid $6.3 million in fiscal 2015 — a pay bump of more than $1.2 million compared to fiscal 2014, according to documents filed Wednesday. Howe’s total compensation included a base salary of $650,000.
Howe's compensation and that of four other named executive officers was revealed a proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, which also announced the Aug. 7 date of the annual shareholders meeting.
Acxiom Corp. has been global for years, but it’s fighting a battle to stay that way through historical losses, setbacks and management changes. Its current management team is pushing for expansion and improvement overseas, but analysts remain skeptical.
