Market Square, which is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year, is in The Village at Hendrix, a new urbanist neighborhood adjacent to Hendrix College. The 30,000-SF building will house three commercial tenants on its ground floor and student residents on its upper two floors.

After several bumpy years, the U.S. Marshals Museum project in Fort Smith is starting to gain traction. The $50 million project, to be situated on the banks of the Arkansas River near downtown Fort Smith, was first proposed in 2008.
