Arkansas State University Heritage Sites Director Ruth Hawkins told the Rotary Club of Little Rock Tuesday that her office had recently opened a visitor center in Dyess, is moving the annual festival there and that the historical sites she oversees are projected to have $10 million impact on northeast Arkansas.
