Rick Steel has been hired as production coordinator for three Little Rock radio stations owned by Signal Media: KKPT-FM, The Point 94.1; KHLR-FM, Heartbeat 106.7; and KABZ-FM, The Buzz 103.7. Steel has worked in Little Rock radio broadcasting for 25 years, starting at Cool 95 (now KHKN, 94.9 Tom FM).

The sale of a 21.6-acre fuel storage development in North Little Rock tipped the scales at $5 million. A convenience store just north of Maumelle rang up a $3.4 million sale-leaseback transaction. And a 32,426-SF building products facility in North Little Rock changed hands in a $1.5 million sale.
