The University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Finale 2013 “Celebrating the Arts Together” honored Martin and Melissa Thoma for their generous support of the arts community in Little Rock. Held in the Stella Boyle Smith Concert Hall in the UALR Fine Arts Building, the evening included a cocktail hour with heavy hors d‘oeuvres, followed by a live auction. The UALR Jazz Ensemble provided entertainment and played performance dance selections from Bob Fosse’s “Chicago.” Works of art from the annual Student Competitive were also on display in the gallery. Master of Ceremonies was Craig O’Neill. Presenting sponsors included Sissy’s Log Cabin and Thoma Thoma; arts partners included Accademia dell’Arte, Arkansas Arts Center, Arkansas Repertory Theatre, Arkansas Symphony Orchestra and Wildwood Park for the Performing Arts.
